Albermarle AllotmentsPlease note that this community mission has been cancelled.
We'll be helping out at Abermarle Allotments for their regular working party and helping to maintain a local allotment space.
With autumn in full swing, we'll be weeding, digging, and starting to cover the plots for the winter ahead.
Tools will be provided, but if you have a pair of gardening gloves, bring them along. Dress appropriately for gardening tasks - it's Manchester so will likely be muddy and wet!
Meeting point is inside the allotments, [What3words: ///fire.head.spring] (https://what3words.com/fire.head.spring]. I'll update nearer the time via email or the WhatsApp group.

Hi all,
This session was postponed from 4th October after Storm Amy and sounds like there won't be much requirement for a GoodGym group this weekend.
I am in discussion with the group organiser about how we can help out (likely shifting compost for the community allotment and/or clearing paths on the wider allotment), but this will be listed once they need our help (i.e. the compost hasn't been ordered/delivered yet).
Apologies and keep an eye out for this session getting re-listed once arranged with the allotment group volunteers.
Best wishes,
Ben
