Friends of Park Hill RecCome and join us on our weekly group task.
We meet at 6.45pm and start running/walk or cycle at 7.00. We will work hard on our task for 30 to 45 minutes, have a fun fitness session then we all run/walk or cycle back to the start venue by 8.30pm.
The Task:
Working along side friends of Parkhill in the walled garden
The Run/walk/cycle:
GoodGym is for everyone. We welcome runners/walkers and cyclist of all abilities. It is often possible to walk/cycle to some of the tasks if you would prefer.
When jogging we always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is.
PLEASE NOTE OUR NEW START LOCATION, UNFORTUNATELY THERE ARE NO CHANGING FACILITIES OR PLACE TO STORE BAGS

Friends of Park Hill RecOptions are available to run between 2km and 3km in total
Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.

What to look out for
Age Restriction
GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
