As advertised by the great Sam, our much-missed AA, Swifty Mondays have invited Goodgym to the Halloween-themed sports games night at Decathlon in Canada Water. Each running community is welcome to lead a game. Halloween fancy dress encouraged!

19:15 Bagdrop opens at Decathlon 19:30 Optional warm-up run 2 miles, depending on weather 20:00 Halloween-themed sports games upstairs in the Decathlon 21 Decathlon event finishes. Runners welcome to join Swifty Mondays at a nearby bar.
