Welcome to GoodGym Ealing!
We're a friendly running group who combines exercise with volunteering. We meet every Tuesday at Bodyline Fitness just off Haven Green, we go for a run and do a physical task to help the charities and community organisations in our borough.
The Task:
This week we will be running to Hanwell Community Centre to paint poppies that will be part of this years Hanwell Hootie festival.
The Run:
We meet at 6.45pm ready to run at 7pm. GoodGym is for everyone and we welcome runners of all abilities. We always have a back-marker so no-one is left behind - we're about achieving something together so you'll always be welcome no matter what your pace is! If you have any questions or you're worried about the task or run then just contact me.
See you there!

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

There's space to change and leave bags and toilets. We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk. Participants accept full responsibility for items stored at Bodyline Studio, and Bodyline Studio and GoodGym will not be held liable for any losses or damages.

IMPORTANT - Group run cancellation
Following extensive research, consultation with our trustees and work on how GoodGym as a community can play a positive role during the Coronavirus outbreak we have reached the conclusion to make extensive changes to our operations. **All group runs will stop for the foreseeable future** - this includes this week’s runs. This decision has been made as these are the events at which most people gather and at which we are most at risk of spreading infection.
We will continue to update this page with our most up to date guidance - https://www.goodgym.org/stories/coronavirus-information-for-goodgym-activities
