Emanuel Parish Church

During the winter and the darker nights, our wonderful host Sybil has asked if we can help her on a Saturday morning instead of a weekday evening.

Expect various gardening tasks in the form of weeding or re-planting to help with the upkeep of the church gardens - making them a more appealing space for the local community and to discourage anti-social behaviour.

We'll start the morning at Wanstead parkrun followed by breakfast before we head to the church, please feel free to join at any point, or just meet us at there at 11.

Sybil and her fellow church wardens have been known to provide us with the best post-task refreshments in the history of GoodGym Newham... It'll be a morning very well spent.
