15:00 - 16:30The Care Navigation Team at Healthcare Central London have asked if we can arrange a Face to Face Welfare check with Mr R as they have been unable to contact him by phone and has not been requesting his meds since Dec 2024 nor responding to repeated requests for blood tests and for arranging review.
The task is to call round, check that he is ok, check that his current phone number is correct and report back to the GoodGym Operations Support Team so that we can pass this on to the surgery.
GoodGym has listed this mission for one or two GoodGymers. Two GoodGymers can attend together, but the mission will still go ahead with just one if only one person signs up by the deadline. If you would prefer not to attend this task on your own, please email missioncontrol@goodgym.org as soon as possible. We will then make sure the task isn’t confirmed unless a second GoodGymer is also available to join you.
