We the hospital at home team are an urgent response service and the hoist will be ordered as soon as the job is completed. This will improve the quality of life for patient and provide safer bed to chair transfers.
Task To move couch from one room to another to provide space for hoist. Family will assist in which room the couch will go in.
You will need to have a current DBS check in place to join this session.
