Come and join our trainer Laura this Wednesday as we run through a 40-minute session to boost metabolism, strengthen muscles for the summer months ahead and generate some exciting endorphin activity.

This short front room fitness sessions is OPEN TO ALL - we have new faces every week - and every exercise can be tailored to your needs.

This session is suitable for all fitness levels too.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:

  • All exercises are low impact.
  • The Zoom link to join this session can be found here. You can have your camera on or off - entirely up to you.
  • You just need: a cushion or pillow, a mat (or towel), a chair of edge of a sofa or bed...That's it!
