GoodGym Midweek Motivation: Yoga Flow for Runners
Come and enjoy this midweek yoga session as we head into summer.
As we approach the end of our current online fitness series, we're lucky enough to be joined by GG Tower Hamlets' resident yoga teacher, Emma Thomas.
At this evening's 40-minute session, we will transition seamlessly from strength to stretch as we treat our muscles to some midweek TLC.
The session will consist of:
- mobility and warm up
- strength and stretch section
- cool down
- breathing exercises to finish
