GROAD and Andrea (founder of GROAD) need our assistance to help display and distribute donations to vulnerable families who come to their Open House session at the Best Western Hotel in Peckham.
If you are free and available, please come to assist and help out! Please ask and look out for Andrea who is the coordinator for this session. You also must sign in with the hotel for security reasons. Please bring ID.
The task is to put out the donations ready for guests to come at 11, then supervise them, bring out more donations as things are taken, tidy the racks and tables, then pack everything down again at the end.
