Healthy Living Platform

At the Healthy Living Platform we’re a social enterprise which is all about offering activities which benefit the health and wellbeing of the whole community. We develop community programmes and activities that empower local people and are self-sustaining. We encourage healthy and sustainable lifestyles by giving practical training, education, information and support on topics such as nutrition, cooking, food growing, health and wellbeing.

Please note that this community mission has been cancelled.

The Healthy Living Platform are giving a hand to local families by providing hot, healthy and delicious food and some fun worksheets for the kids to fill in.

We've been doing deliveries with them throughout the pandemic, but over the Christmas period they could really do with some extra hands packing up and bagging all the meals & worksheets.

I won't be there but the team at Southwyck Community Centre are awesome and friendly so will point you in the right direction.
