Our plan is to meet up outside the legendary Poplar Union E14 at 7.50am, before enjoying an easy jog and dynamic warm up in Bartlett Park by 8am.
Our session is as follows:
Strides and Recoveries
10 minutes jogging after specific dynamic warm up
6-9 x 75 sec (threshold pace - 80% effort) 60 second walk recovery
5 min cool down (recovery pace)
Afterwards, we will make a trip back to Poplar Union E14 for refreshments and delicious cakes!
