Tonight's task was to distribute flyers for Kelly's Clandon Park Run. This is a charity run that is raisingfunds for George Abbot School in Guildford. There is a choice of 10km or 4km distances, so it would be great if we could get a load of Goodgym runners to attend this fantastic race! After a quick warm up we headed into Horsell and split into two teams, each taking one side each - if only the Royal Mail were so efficient! Again tonight the main topic of conversation was the Various races everyone was signing up to - Anne has her first 10km in two weeks! Thirty mins of delivering leaflets and we were done, which gave us plenty of time for a quick leg session which consisted of hills, lunges and squats! We headed back, using the 2km to stretch our legs!

I'm sure I was there as well, but I seem to be marked as absent on the attendance register.

I'm David Clarke from George Abbot PTA and I'm organising the Clandon Park Run 2018. A HUGE thank you for distributing the flyers as part of your run, brilliant work. I hope to see you on Saturday, the 17th of March at George Abbot School, taking part in the Clandon Park Run 2018. A once a year opportunity to run around the historic Clandon Park Estate, by kind permission of the Earl of Onslow. THANK YOU!
