Connie Ward has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Connie is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.
Connie Ward earned their community cape by completing their first community mission. 🥳

Connie Ward earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Connie completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Connie was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.

An enthusiastic crew of Goodgymers went to Hilly Fields to litter pick before the weekly Park Run took place. We welcomed Andy and Connie who had only recently signed up to Goodgym, and were on their first mission. Lack of sun on the Friday meant there was not much litter, although there was a lost key and an abandoned zimmer frame. We half filled three bags with litter. Park nice and litter free now time for some running!

Excellent work everyone, less litter = more chat 👍🏻 You could have brought my Zimmer frame back over!
