Community Cape
Polina earned their community cape by completing their first community mission.
Polina completed a community mission. Instead of watching TV or lying in bed, Polina was out there making their community a better place to be. For making that choice they have earned the community cape.
Polina has done their first good deed with GoodGym. 😎

GoodGym Runner
Polina has done their first good deed with GoodGym.
Polina is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

There's a huge satisfaction in pulling up bindweed, probably because the results are immediately obvious. So our morning with the friendly volunteers at The Friends of the Walled Garden in Ravenscourt Park was a good one.
We were allocated two large flower beds to clear of bindweed (aka Convolvulus) and the equally pesky 'sticky weed' (aka Cleavers, Goosegrass or Sticky Willie). After an hour or so it was mission accomplished, and kudos to Polina) and Tom on their first ever GoodGym task.
We'll be back again next month, so hope to see you there.
