Zoë Osborne has done their first good deed with GoodGym.

Zoë is a now a fully fledged GoodGym runner. They've just run to do good for the first time. They are out there making amazing things happen and getting fit at the same time.

Old task, new faces

Redbridge Report written by Peter Van Tongeren

Sorry, can't seem to get my head round to come up with a bit more creative title / pun - will do better next time!!

Back to the more important business of the evening - 3 lovely new members popped round to the Community Centre for their first Goodgym experience - do give them a cheer:

Haroon came down from Walthamstow Zoë & Eamon only just moved in the area and already came down to explore

With other options falling through, we grabbed bags & pickers & gloves to head to our 'adopted' stretch of bike/foot path along the A12, chatting along the way. Surprisingly the amount of rubbish was significantly less than usual - has the council finally picked up on the fact this stretch needs more attention? it could have been the regular reports of bags of rubbish to be collected...

So James suggested a new target for a next #litterpick.

Bags left at our usual bin, we set off on our lap round the Leyton Flats, rounding off the evening with a little improvised stretching session.

Thanks for popping round people!

P.S. Next session currently scheduled for the 19th, awaiting confirmation if we return to the BabyBank at Cornerstone Church in Leyton.
