About this session

There is plenty of clearing and cutting back to do at Catton Grove Community Centre.

You can either meet at the task at 6.30pm (Jewson Road, NR3 3RQ) or meet us outside The Forum at 6pm, where you can either run or cycle with us. The distance is approximately 3km each way.

Please bring your own gloves.

Although there is no baggage storage item at The Forum, you can leave any baggage in my vehicle.

What to look out for

Make sure you've read our general guidelines for safety for taking part in a GoodGym session.

This is a GoodGym group run. You'll meet other GoodGymers at the start location and run to the task together. If you can't run for more than 15 minutes without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact your area activator Steven Hitcham by email at steven@goodgym.org.

The total distance of this group run is 6km.

Remember that we will be running to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.
