This week we headed on a short jog over to Hollybush Estate where we helped Michael from the TRA by laying new wood chipping in their nature reserve as well as weeding and digging over planting beds in their rocky garden. Having made the green areas of the estate look even more wonderful we headed up to Haggerston park where we complete a few warm up drills followed by a series of short, hot, fast intervals before a jog back to base.
