22 runners ran between 5-7km to do good around Camden
Shooing Chickens
Our first week of three without PB, was lead by Polly. After a quick warm up, we split into two groups: Pritesh leading a speedy group to C4WS and Polly taking a team up to Cecil Sharp House.
C4WS
After the warm up we wove our way through central London's streets to the American International Church. We had all our beds set out for us so we got straight to hand and got around 15 beds made and ready for the guests of the evening. Despite a few rather poor attempts at bedmaking the majority proved as speedy with their bedmaking skills as with their running. With the beds done we quickly regrouped and headed off taking a route that took us past the BT Tower and then through Regent's Park before we met with PSB and the Cecil Sharp House group.
Cecil Sharp House
After the 2.5k trot up to the task, we were met by the lovely Susannah who told us a little bit about CSH. Next, we split into two teams - one team washed out seedling trays with warm soapy water, while the other team filled them with compost and planted seeds. Frances diligently wrote out all the plant names on lollipop sticks, so they could be identified later.
Jumping squats
Both groups met up in Primrose Hill after for a combo strength and running fitness session. This could be described as a circuit session, with long distances in-between each station. After finishing up the second lap with a 30 second plank, the group jogged steadily back to Somers Town for a warm down.
Happy running, PSB out.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that's poor at bedmaking
