Come and help Hanwell and Norwood Green Orchard Trail (HANGOT), a great organisation who plant fruit trees in public green spaces to encourage biodiversity and foraging for food. We help them to plant and maintain their orchards along the Grand Union Canal.

We may be doing one or more of:
- ๐ Wheelbarrowing
- โ๏ธ Cutting back invasive plants
- ๐ฟ Watering
- ๐ Mulching
- Any other general maintenance
๐ Where and When? ๐
10:30am: Meet at HANGOT's base, entering from the Grand Union Canal towpath (see listing photo)
- Google Maps
- What3words ///policy.filed.stack
- The easiest route there is from The Fox Inn, W7 2PJ
- Walk towards the canal and turn left onto the towpath
- Walk around 200m and Bernd's Shed is on your left
- We'll then move as a group along the canal to one of HANGOT's orchards
๐ What to Bring
- ๐งค Gardening gloves, if you have them
- ๐ฆ Bug spray, if you're sensitive to bites
