Conservation tasks at Lakenham Way enables local wildlife to thrive.

This week we are working with Wild Lakenham to help manage the grassland for a rare colony of lizards!

Wear suitable shoes and clothings as we'll be digging out brambles and cutting back vegetation. There may also be some litter picking to do. Please bring your own gloves.

Meet at the start of Lakenham Way on Sandy Lane, NR4 6DQ, near the railway arch (what3words; strain.poems.riches).

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 1km and 1km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
