Who this task will support
Sparks
Sparks is a vibrant, positive venue where visitors can explore what a greener, fairer and more creative future looks like. Sparks brings organisations and individuals from across the city together to pilot new ways to better serve our community and address the climate, ecological and cost of living crisis. We'd love you to get involved in this unique project located in the heart of Bristol, in the old M&S building on Broadmead.

It's Tuesday so it's a group run (and walk), meeting in (and returning to) Queen Square and leaving there at 6.30 - gloves are normally needed, a head torch and insect repellent help, too

Help get Sparks sparkly for Christmas!

As we head into the festive season we're preparing for a series of festive community events, and our busiest time of year. Help us put up donated and upcycled Christmas decorations across the space, ready for the festive season.

Changing facilities, lockers and loos are available at Workout Harbourside - bring your own padlock or inventive personal prized possession to swap for one of theirs if you want to lock your, er, locker. Otherwise it’s just an er. Make sure you’re back out in Queen Square for 6.20!

It’s the first Tuesday of the month so we’ll be following the Group Run with GoodGym Eats, this month at Three Brothers Burgers, one of our faves.

The other weeks we pop into ClubHaus at Workout for a drink after the run/walk - anything from a pot of tea to a pint of something local to a glass of water - so we can talk even more!

New to GoodGym?

This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.

New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

Walkable

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.

Options are available to run between 3km and 3km in total

Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
