2 GoodGymers dominated 60 minutes of specific technique drills in Central London.
A rare GoodGym opportunity to really focus on an individual running technique and specific training needs tonight.
Thea put in an amazing effort to really listen to her body and make the fine adjustments needed to nail a robust and strong running form on her way to smash her debut marathon this spring.
Forming a respectable pre run/race dynamic warm up routine was the first order of the day then followed some honing of Thea's running form to attempt to stave of injury niggles, improve running efficiency and performance!
60 minutes of really great action well done!!
