7 fearless GoodGymers worked hard on their running form before smashing some powerful laps of Lincons Inn!
Light and bright and warm evening greeted us for the Final Fitness 4 All- Central London session before April's move to Clapham.
Starting the session with to create a pre run dynamic warm up to get the key muscles and joints loose and ready for action.
Then moving onto some accelerations to assess running form which we then worked specific drills to improve areas that would enhance our running performance. Working on minimising crossing of legs and arms, knee drive, body position, ground contact time and rhythm. Before again running some strong accelerations with our improved form!
To round off a big session we ran 6 minutes of continuous pains relays in a powerful 70% effort with some elbow guided high fives on the changeovers!
After a 2 minute rest we crushed a smooth 500m full lap before bringing home the gold with a speedy 250m fast finish!!
Great effort and execution tonight!! Hope to see you all at another GoodGym run again soon.
