Find out about GoodGym TaskForce
Two brave GoodGymers braved the arctic conditions to smash a series of speed educing timed intervals in New Cross Gate.
With some untimely snow fall only the brave and slightly crazy survived!! A fantastic from Helen to get out the door and a super human effort to drop some of the speediest reps we have seen in a Fitness 4 All session!!
We started work on our running skill trying to repeat the same pace rep after rep in Gear 2 then Gear 3 and finally Gear 4. Really focusing on our knee drive we maintained much improved form rep after rep!!
As fatigue started to set in we dialled in on our running Will to maintain the right effort levels even when the pace started to drop slightly due to fatigue.
A gradual warm down and we were off to get warm and dry!
Brilliant performance from Helen! Worked so hard and those are the sessions to remember when things get tough. Getting out in the snow means you can get through anything!! Well Done!
See you next week
Smooth Accelerations
