So on a Sub zero night in Lewisham 2 courageous GoodGymers increased the fitness with some Skilful intervals and Wilful reps!!
** Stephen** was on fine form, diving straight into some Tempo and Easy pace 300 metre intervals. Trying to repeat the exact same time for the same intensity on each interval. Alternating running reps and plyometric balance drills to focus on our functional core stability. After 20 minutes of continuous work we flipped the script and feed Stephen's legs some Speed. Now 20 minutes of alternation longer Tempo reps with shorter faster reps at 5k to 1 mile effort really pushed ** Stephen** and will hold him in great stead for his next 10k.
A great effort!
