On a chill South London evening 9 fitness seeking GoodGymer caressed the ground with beautiful running form and had legs of steal on a lower body focused circuit.
Tonight was all about knee drive with quick and light contact time with the ground. We got to work with some powerful form drills really emphasising a strong knee drive, tall posture and light ground contact.
The drills had the desired effect as our hearts were pumping and blood flowing! A short rest and into some perfect running formed multi paced laps of the square. Working at different intensities on each lap and dependant on how we were feeling everyone ran brilliantly for 4 blocks of 3 laps with the 12th and final lap being everyone's fastest my a mile!
Feeling great we finished off the evening with a double helping of a 4 station leg circuits with the tough static squat to finish, everyone kept great form and top effort to see us to the end!!
