4 of GoodGyms finest got stuck into 60 minutes of epic fitness action in Fitness 4 All- Tower Hamlets!
A steamy Thursday evening brought a select squad together to do battle with a combo Running/ Conditioning workout.
Starting with the ever important dynamic stretch to get the mind switched on, muscles activated and joints mobilised.
We then got stuck into multiple variations of the walk out with a easy run recovery before turning the tables with and hitting 10 sets of multi paced running with sharpe 30 second bursts on lower body strength exercises.
After a good recovery we dived into 3 sets of 90 seconds of strong Fartlek static CV, switching at random between a range of heart pumping exercises finishing with 4 burpees each time.
For the grand finale we smashed 2 staggered shuttle runs before stretching out and heading home with an incredible effort under our belts.
Hope to see you all next time for the last Fitness 4 All- Tower Hamlets in this block before I head off to a new borough in July.
