6 GoodGymers made their way on a training session in Ealing.

Tonight we had a special one of strength and conditioning session coached by the wonderful Roy Summers from Bodyline Fitness Studio.
Bodyline host our Ealing GoodGym group every Tuesday so it was great to work with Roy on this extra session focused on bodyweight exercises designed to help with running form and strength.
6 GoodGym runners gunning for extra this week!
We had 6 members come down for the extra session with Clare coming down for her first ever dose of GoodGym, well done for throwing yourself in at the deep end!
Looking forward to autumn half marathon training and in particular our amazing local Ealing Half Marathon, Roy put on this special session and has written a great guide we can all use for free on the website, just click here to have a look!
