Freegle is an organisation helping people to give and get things for free in their local community, and therefore aims to increase reuse and reduce waste going to landfill.

The work is “never-ending” because there’s “too much stuff in the world”, as Cat Fletcher says. She is founder of Freegle, also known as the “Resource Goodness”.

We will be helping Cat to put some order among all the stuff that is piling up in the storage close to the Brighton Waste House, at the University of Brighton Faculty of Arts, 58–67 Grand Parade, Brighton BN2 0JY

Meet at the 18:15 to get off by 18:30. We will most likely go for a short run on the seafront before reaching the venue, which is at a very short distance from our meeting point.

Hi Stefania and co. I'm new and intended to come tonight but went to the wrong meeting point (I went to the queen Victoria statue in Hove) ... Totally my fault! Apologies for the inconvenience. Will pay more attention next time. See you soon!

Options are available to run between 1km and 4km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
