ABOUT THE RUN:

What & Where: Night Run starting from The ShAFF Outpost Who: Dig Deep Races & GOOD GYM Time & Date 18:00-19:15 Friday 3rd March

Friday night of ShAFF will see a night run taking place from the Showroom. The run is being organised by Dig Deep. A trail weekend in September with races from 10km to 50miles.

The run will cost £10; Included in this is a pair of Injinji toesocks worth £17, the chance to try out a Moonlight headtorch AND the opportunity to win a headtorch to keep. All runners will also receive a discount code for entries into any of the Dig Deep Trail Weekend races.

There are only 20 spaces on the run so make sure you book your tickets asap!

Key information

Distance: 3/4miles

Meet: The Workstation, Paternoster Row at 18.00

Depart: 18.15

Return: 19:00 in time for the start of the Run Films 1 session at 19.15 (ticketed spearately via the Showroom website)

Everyone who comes along gets a pair of Injinji toe socks to keep and the chance to try out a Moonlight headtorch for free AND the chance to win one to keep!

Please bring your most High-visibility clothing.

We do ask that everyone signs a disclaimer before taking part. This is to ensure that everyone is in good health and understands that there are inherent risks involved when running, especially around a city centre!

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us or see if there's a starter session coming up in your area.

We're not planning to do anything purposefully dangerous, but GoodGym takes no responsibility for your safety during group runs, you participate at your own risk.
