- Led by Daryl Venner
A big shout must go out to Chole who came all the way from Bristol for the day and still manged to take in Goodgym. Another one must go out to Neil who helped complete Bournemouths first Mission run!
Andy could not be with us due to work commitments so Daryl led the Group this week. It did not start as planed as Hope Housing cancelled at the last minute due to the weather but in the end it all turned out nice.
Ten of us set off from the Flirt cafe via the gardens to the Pier where we split into two groups the object being for the second group to catch the first group within a set distance. We agreed a draw but i am sure the first group just won!
From the East Over cliff we ran to the station and then on too Horse Shoe Common where we had a fitness session which included planks and squats plus Star jumps.
Then it was back to the Flirt Cafe in total a 7k run . Andy will be Back next week dont forget the 16th of August is the First Birthday of Goodgym Bournemouth lets have some ideas say a party after group run in Flirt. Thanks for your support, look forward to seeing you all next week
