7 GGers met in Finsbury Park in the midst on an ongoing heatwave to get a long training run in. We did 16k taking in parkland walk, highgate woods, alexandra palace park, new river walk, finsbury park and finally woodberry wetlands. We finished at Yard Sale pizza for a well earned treat. Thanks for coming everyone
