GROUP RUN - Charlton litter pick!
Get fit and do good in Greenwich
Location
Charlton House, Charlton,London
SE7 8RE
Date and time
18:45 - 20:30Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!
We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.
The Task
This week we are doing some litter picking! If you have a picker, bring it along and enjoy a good natter while we clean up our streets.
The Run
We might do a short run- will be under 2km each way and we run at all paces and never leave anyone behind.
Where & When
We will meet at 6.45pm for a 7 o'clock start at Charlton House just off Hornfair Road. Look out for all the red T Shirts!
The session will be about 90 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm.
What To Bring
Please bring a headtorch and warm clothes as we will be outside for the whole session. Gloves and a picker will be useful if you have one. Apart from that, just yourself!
See you then!

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
