What better way to spend an Easter Sunday? Maybe topped off with a pint with your GoodGym pals in a nice Helmsley establishment afterwards? Perfection.
Oh, and the verdict on what type of shoes might be suitable for multi-terrain is "probably trail shoes that will cope with a fair bit of road".
