Shouts out to Kathrine who joined us for her first GGH session
It’s getting ever chilly out there, not that that ever stops us and it didn’t stop the group of school children joining in our warm up session. It was brief but brought many a smile and laugh. That done and music on we hit the road with a quick #BridgePic.
Hopeful
This week we were headed back to Kori to take on the railings that seem to go on forever. We’ve been stripping the paint from the railings in preparation for painting. We’re hopeful this will take place in the next few weeks. We have made some great progress in the last few weeks so we’re trying to get as much help and sessions in over as possible. Click Here for the next mission there this Saturday.
Hazel smashed her plank
After fixing protective eye wear to a few peoples heads with masking tape we had a good arm day session packed with push and pull action, a quick wall sit then a round of high fives before heading toward the war memorial for our fitness session. On arrival a plank off commenced and everyone put in a lot of effort and pushed themselves to their capacity. Hazel smashed her plank with a time of 4:16 wow Dashing Dave was not far behind with a time of 4:08. Well done to all. That did we were off again. A quick warm down commenced before we departed for another week.
