Get fit and do good in Greenwich
Location

Date and time
18:45 - 20:30Hi everyone and welcome to GoodGym Greenwich!
We're a friendly and social group who combine running with volunteering in the local community. We meet every Wednesday to get active and do a physical task for charities and community organisations in the area.
The Task
This week is our first task at Brooklands Primary School in Kidbrooke. They've got a big garden and need some soil and woodchip moved to the planters. Expect wheelbarrow races and dirty hands!
The Run
Our run this week will be 3.5km each way if you would like to run back to Charlton House after the task. Everyone is welcome at any pace - we never leave anyone behind!
Where & When
We meet at 6.45pm for a prompt start at Charlton House on the corner of Hornfair Road. The what three words location is "army.rips.spicy". Give Rachel a call on 07952192005 if you can't find us! If you'd like to meet at the task, the address is Brooklands Primary School, Medebourne Close, SE3 9AB and we will be there about 7.20pm. The session will be about 90 minutes in total so we should be all wrapped up by 8.30pm.
What To Bring
Please bring some gloves if you have some, otherwise it's just yourself!

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.
