The Community HospiceWe're doing some leafleting to help spread the word about the Community Hospice Family Fun Day 🎪🎈 that's happening in September.
Last week we distributed the first batch of flyers and in this bank holiday special we'll cover some more streets with batch two.
This task is a great opportunity to boost your step-count for the day, all the while chatting and helping a fantastic local charity. We may even throw in some short bursts of fitness - like the legendary GoodGym wall sit - enroute.
If you are new to GoodGym this is an ideal taster session to find out what it's all about!
Bring yourself, bring a friend and enjoy some active good deeding!
📍 Meeting time and place
Meet at Sweet Fig coffee shop at 195 Days Lane, DA15 8JX at 11.00am. We'll head off around the local streets putting leaflets through letterboxes, finishing back at Sweet Fig.

New to GoodGym?
This is a GoodGym group run, where we run to help a local community organisation and then run back.
New GoodGymers are welcome to GoodGym group runs - no one gets left behind. You're unlikely to be alone, hundreds of new people sign up every week.

You will be able to join a group walking to the task if you'd prefer not to run.
Options are available to run between 2km and 4km in total
Remember that we run/walk to and from the task, so you'll only be running/walking for half this distance in one go.
This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
