The Friends of Cator and Alexandra Parks run a popular dog event every year and have asked for our help to get the park tidy and clean the week before.

We'll be chopping back hedges and picking up rubbish around the event area.

Meet us for a 2km run at 7pm or by the container here at 7:20.

πŸ“ Meet at the Bridge House from 6:45pm.

πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ 7pm group jog to the task

βœ… 7:20 complete the task

πŸ§ƒ 8:00 go home

πŸ‘Ÿ New to running? We jog at a relaxed pace and always have a backmarker so no-one gets left behind.

⏰ Running late or don’t fancy the jog? Meet us at the task venue at 7:15pm

πŸ’‘πŸ§€ Dress for the task/weather - gardening gloves for outside tasks, head torch for dark tasks.

Options are available to run between 2km and 2km in total

Remember that we run to and from the task, so you'll only be running for half this distance in one go.

This is a standard GoodGym group run. If you can't run for more than 15mins without stopping or you're worried about any aspect of the session, contact us.
