The Love Luton Half Marathon and 10k is Luton's biggest running event of the year, with thousands of people taking to the closed roads leading to the big finish at the Town Hall.

All those runners all over town are an inspiration to everyone else. It takes a lot of organisation, but you can help make it happen!

GGLuton will be helping the event by running a water station, to keep participants hydrated and cheer them on their way.

Don't worry if you can't stay for the whole time, any time you're able to give will be extremely helpful!

GoodGym welcomes anyone aged 18 or over. If you are under 18 then you will be unable to participate in any GoodGym activity
