On a beautiful sprummers eve we welcomed a new runner to the GGSHEFF family, whoop, hola and cheers for;

Stephanie Briggs

On arrival to Lynwood Gardens we were greeted by GORGEOUS GARETH who had already sorted tasks and team Captains which this week consisted of;

  • TEAM COMPOST
  • TEAM SNIP
  • TEAM WEAVE
  • TEAM BARROW
  • TEAM CHOP

Team Snip were making hedgeways whilst Team Chop were taking their Weeding Vows at the Royal Weeding

Team weave were to heave and to hold, whilst the spade of honor was present in Team Barrow and Team Compost!

With barrows a rolling and trees a falling POPPA G was hugely impressed by the impact we had in such a small amount of time!

On finishing and returning gloves and tools we posed with a supine G-Unit before saying goodbye to G-Dog and making our way home whilst doing a bit of fun fitness on route which this week included;

  • North, South, East, West warm up
  • Tri Dips
  • Press Up's
  • Calf Raises
  • Toe Taps

Until next week, happy running!
