It was great to welcome Jamshed for his first session, and Emily - who’s been a dedicated GoodGymer since 2021 in York and now in Canterbury - brought her amazing energy as always!

We kicked things off with a scenic 3km run around the university, even taking a little detour inside to admire how beautiful the campus is.

After that, we got stuck into some impactful litter-picking around Military Road and St. Thomas Primary School. Together, we filled an entire 80-liter bin bag with rubbish! 🚮💪 Among the haul were plenty of e-cigarettes and cans, helping to make the area cleaner and safer for everyone.

Huge thanks to Emily and Jamshed for their enthusiasm - can't wait for the next one! 🌟
