Kayak you see the sparkle?!
13 GoodGymers made their way 5.0km to help their local community in Hammersmith and Fulham.

This week saw 13 of us headed down to the Fulham Reach Boat Club to help the London Sports Trust clean their kayaks before the start of their new season. They London Sports Trust is a charity that works with London Schools to get more kids out on the river and improve access to free sporting opportunities (they also let adults out on the water for a small fee!).
After a lovely out and back run along the river (so everybody could keep their own pace without getting lost!) we headed to the kayaks for 30 mins of cleaning, before a quick jog back to the Hammersmith flyover for a good 20min fitness session. Arms may be feeling a little sore tomorrow morning, but all in a good cause!
Thanks for a great evening everybody! It was so lovely to run by the river in the light and warm :) - hurray for Spring!
