10 Ran to Interact to clear excess materials

A wramish but drizzley evening met 10 Goodgym runners met to run to Moulsham mill to fill a skip with assorted garden waste. We were pleased to welcome newbie Cathy and Ben who has been running with the Cardiff crew! We set off meandering through the foot paths of the bunny walks and beyond, before crossing over the wooden bridge and across the car park. Susie was waiting for us and told us a bit more about interact before outlining the task. Did you know they work all across essex? We began clearing lumps of concrete and assorted rubble and wheel barrowing them to the skip which was round the corner, before adding in some trugs so we all got to do some heavy lifting! We moved many barrows and added plant pots and other assorted rubbish that had been dumped alongside the bonfire wood until the Skip was full and the garden was clear. Another great job done and we were treated to drinks and biscuits before setting off back to base with a run down the high street! See you all next week for another fun session!
