Welcome to GoodGym Coventry!
We're a friendly and social group who combine exercise with helping out in the local community. We meet regularly to get active and do a physical task to help the charities, community organisations and projects in our area.
🎗️Who are we supporting?
Carriers of Hope; This is a Coventry based charity dedicated to helping asylum seekers, refugees and Eastern European migrants in the Coventry area. First and foremost, they provide practical support by recycling good quality items donated by the general public and giving them to asylum seekers, refugees and migrants in need in Coventry
For this task we will be helping with sorting and packing items from the students room at Warwick University.

Saturday 7th September at 9:30 am, please feel free to stay as long or short time as you wish.

Hello all
I have been informed that there has been a change of plan with this task.
The sorting will no longer be taking place on the Saturday and the new dates and times are as follows:
Tues 10th Sept - 10-1 & 1-3
Wed 11th Sept - 10-12 & 1-3
I am unable to do these dates and times but if anyone else can still make it then let me know and I will contact them.
