On Tuesday seventh October, Lil, James, Georgia and Jackie joined Bosse and Hamed at Carriers of Hope. We met Hamed for the first time and we were given the task of clearing the electrics shelf,. All the toasters, cables, lamps off cleared from one shelf and arranged perfectly on another. We then stacked incoming bedding and clothes there instead – proper space-saving. We were rewarded with a great cup of tea along the way by the awesome Bosse , that kept the work flowing fast !

On a wet November night , we headed to the Carriers of hope where we were greeted by Hamed , Gloria and with a welcomed cup of tea ! !
Lil, Lucy, Georgia and I rolled up sleeves to clear the warehouse floor with Hamed and Gloria , we moved chairs ,beds and sofas , flipping the room from clutter to open space in under an hour., Leaving it ready for even more donations... great work guys ! !

On Tuesday 9th September, seven Goodgymmers visited Carriers of Hope. Great to see Michelle and Namrine this month !

Nigel, Malal and I wrestled duvets into black bags, Lucy and Lil packed toilet rolls, while upstairs Laura, Malal and Georgia sorted baby bits. Carriers of Hope's Namrine told us they've kicked off Wheels of Welcome – fixing up donated bikes, then running rides for people to build confidence and connection and to chat ! . She told us a story too, about giving someone a bike when they really needed it – ask her yourself next time. And if you want to donate any bikes or find out more contact Namrine .

To kick off July, we made our monthly visit to Carriers of Hope. Five Goodgymers came . I picked up a flat tyre on the way ! ! Luckily, it happened close to the task location!🙏 This month's task involved sorting toys by age group, organizing them, and taking stock. The photos show some fun and interesting toys we came across! It was great to meet Pauline, who joined us for her first GoodGym task We completed some fantastic work—well done, team! 🙌

This month's visit to Carriers of hope , all of our GoodGym volunteer crew, joined forces with the lively CLM for a cracking day of sorting action. The warehouse hummed with energy as we shifted stacks of clothes, household goods, and essentials, organized donations like Tetris masters, and tallied inventory with ninja-like precision. With GoodGym and CLM bringing laughs and muscle, Great efforts we're buzzing to keep the hope flowing with our monthly missions!

Not the best experiences, but i learned something special today. It was alright nothing difficult and i feeled that you people share similar values,which can lead to lasting friendships and a supportive community ❤️. I pray let God continue to bless " Carriers Of Hope"
