Heaps to say about tonight but this week the photos and videos can say it all. Not only did Goodgym Richmond capture the Christmas spirit at the lovely Lynde Care Home. We got to do it with the pleasure and guidance of the talent that is Vocal Tonix. Thank You Shelle and the team.
I want to also thank the lovely Alison for the Christmas bubbles that we split ever so carefully mind, outside Wholefoods. It was awesome to visit your lovely residents this evening and watch how their faces lit up as they sang some good old carols.
Big thanks to Wholefoods for such support this year too!
Most of all I want to thank the Richmond runners, as in addition to capturing some Christmas spirit you embody (weekly) what it means to be a great human being in my book and are hope to many. It has been a pleasure running with you.
Have a super Christmas and a great new year.
You KNOW...If Bing Crosby did a goodgym Christmas run I think that would have been like tonight ... no ?
