Lovely to have a crack group of some seriously experienced GoodGymers to take on a formidable task and welcome first timer Rob to the party!

Helping the speedily transforming Springfield Park with our monthly visit. Taking in one if the best London Views going as we got stuck into emptying 4 tonnes of soil from cast iron flower beds so they can be moved to a new location in the park.

Running the 4k from London Fields to Springfield park got the crew warm and primed for action. Grabbing the tools and cracking on the shoveling.

So much soil to dig, barrow to the woodland then tip out. we hit a great rhythm early and managed to keep the barrows constantly rolling for an hour of top class GG graft!

In perfect timing we got to the bottom with an epic effort complete we packed up and energised by Liz's sweets we bounded back home!
