Crispy and sunny Sunday morning and its race time with West 4 Harriers. Steph Ducat was cheered by fellow Goodgymers who were marshals on the course. They were cheering, looking after our bags, giving water and making sure we were all safe. Great race and nice run aling the Thames. No medal but a special pint glass. Thanks Michelle, Sarah Jane, Will, Jon and Florian for the cheers on the race.
