This week we found ouseflves without a task so a small but select group of GoodGymmers headed for a training session in Well Street Common. After a 1 mile warm up easy run over to the park Tom put us through a series of drills that got us bouncing, skipping and striding into a warmer, more battle ready state.
When we were up and ready we tackled a pyramid (mountain) session of 1 minute / 2 minutes /3/4/3/2/1 - with the goal being to be as fast on the way down as we are on the way up. Having flown around the park for 20 minutes we jogged an easy mile back to base before stretching and heading off with more festive cheer.
